Replacement windows are a core of our business.
All items are made to measure, with a range of internal and external finishes, from a simple plated finish to a full box full finish in pvc, timber and plaster. Handles for the windows are available in a wide variety of colours and finishes.
Stone and brick cut-outs are also available, meaning you can change a window that is not letting in any light into a larger window or full sized door leading directly into your garden or path.
The vast majority of our materials and the manufacturing of the products are undertaken locally, no cheap imports from abroad, so any materials required for the upkeep of our products are readily available.
U-Pvc Windows:
Our ranges of U-Pvc windows and doors are available in various finishes and colours, all with a 10 year guarantee as standard, and are an obvious choice for the majority of replacement windows. The major advantage is not just the cost benefit between U-Pvc and traditional timber windows but the lack of maintenance as they require no painting or repointing.
Child restrictors can be fitted to all of our window styles for added peace of mind, and while trickle vents are supplied as option, we are able to advise on the recommended level of ventilation for each room.
U-Pvc Vertical Sliders
Based on traditional timber sash and case windows, from a distance it is very hard to tell the difference. The top and bottom sashes move up and down freely, they also tilt into the room on restrictors, so leaning out of the windows or having to pay a window cleaner are things of the past.
U-Pvc Tilt and Turn windows
Generally the most popular windows due to the sizes and styles they are available in. They operate with one handle; at 90 degrees the window tilts in at the top, another 90 degree turn sets the window to fully open from the side. The handle can be set lower on the window before manufacture, meaning no more awkward stretching to reach it.
U-Pvc Casement windows
These windows have a single action handle to operate the window to open outside, these windows can be fitted with ‘egress hinges’ which turn the window panes into the room to allow easy cleaning from inside the room. They have 2 locking settings which means that you can leave your window locked but slightly open so fresh air can circulate. Trickle vents and child restrictors also available.
While our all windows are A rated on the UK WER energy ratings as standard and recommended by the police approved ‘secured by design’ scheme, we excel these standards using fully reinforced frames and laminated glass for additional warmth, security and noise suppression. We opt for concealed mechanisms and a range of profiled frames to give the best possible looking windows.
We offer triple glazing on our standard U-Pvc range, ensuring the best level of thermal and acoustic insulation possible.

Timber Windows:
We supply and fit both traditional sash and case and an array of casement style windows. These are all draught proofed (the sash and case with our ‘double brush’ draught-proofing system as standard), can be single or double glazed and are compliant with all planning and listed building regulations. These can be pre-painted in the factory, come with a full 5 year guarantee, an array of choices for ironmongery, and exceptionally low u-values.
We specialise in the supply and installation of hardwood sash and case windows; using FSC approved timber sources we can install windows in a variety of different timbers to suit every budget and property.
If your existing windows have shutters these can be re-worked to fit and work as they should with the newly fitted windows.
